⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding experience with Shawna Schrank

We had an amazing experience working with Shawna Schrank as our travel agent for our trip to the Dominican Republic. Due to weather, we had multiple flight changes, and Shawna was incredibly on top of everything from start to finish. She spent hours on the phone with Air Canada making sure we got the best possible flights and took so much stress off our shoulders.

 

Her communication, dedication, and follow-through were outstanding. It was such a relief knowing someone was advocating for us and handling all the details while things were changing so quickly. We truly felt taken care of and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Highly recommend Shawna — we will absolutely use her again!
