Grand Sirenis Punta Cana

We used Shawna Schrank recently for our trip to Punta Cana. She was absolutely fabulous! We hadn’t gone away since 2022 so was a little rusty with the details. Shawna had made the entire process very easy and enjoyable.

Due to extreme weather our flights got all messed up and she had made sure it all got worked out the best way possible which was such a game changer!

Went to Grand Sirenis Resort and it was so amazing! The pricing was great and the resort was beautiful! The landscaping was so so beautiful and had a lot of greenery compared to other resorts we’ve been to in the past. One thing I really liked was they had music playing all over the entire resort. It really added to the vibe!!

Entertainment at this resort was next level good 10 out of 10 for that. Always had something happing. The staff were excellent and always making our stay was going good!

Food & drinks were excellent! The water park was fantastic and never busy which was great! This resort is definitely ideal for a family’s & groups! Probably the only trip we’ve been on to an all inclusive and didn’t get bored once!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding experience with Shawna Schrank

We had an amazing experience working with Shawna Schrank as our travel agent for our trip to the Dominican Republic. Due to weather, we had multiple flight changes, and Shawna was incredibly on top of everything from start to finish. She spent hours on the phone with Air Canada making sure we got the best possible flights and took so much stress off our shoulders.

 

Her communication, dedication, and follow-through were outstanding. It was such a relief knowing someone was advocating for us and handling all the details while things were changing so quickly.
